Newb interested in an LBZ. What's it worth?

Greetings all. I am looking into joining the Duramax world and am looking at a truck that is exactly like this one - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MJgutjZ0pM8 with 94K miles and 35x12.50 tires. Any idea what it's worth assuming that it was well taken care of and in excellent condition?

Its worth whatever you'd pay for it.
Big tires will lower fuel mileage and wear IMO front end parts out faster, so keep that in mind.

I would agree and it has recently had the front hubs replaced.
