This is the first post, But I just want to say thanks for all the info I've already learned from you all! I bought my LLY in December of 2016 completely stock and I'm never looking to go back to things with spark plugs :thumb:

I have 06 gmc 2500hd suppose to have lly vin code of 2 but recently found put when i bought it off of a relative they. Upgraded the motor when it messed up they put lbz. Now for my problem the turbo went out bought parts for lly an come to find out they are differnet sizes. Can i put a lly front turbo housing on the lbz so i can have the 63 mm wheel instead of 60?

From what I know the 06 LLY and the LBZ are the same motors ( hard parts wise) SO if I ever order parts for my 06 LLY I order LBZ parts.. The earlier LLY is completely different. Hope this helps!

I am hoping not to blow anything up anytime soon :roflmao: But yes they are cheaper. But you get what you pay for power wise
