New turbo wont make over 30 psi

We finally got a 40-94 on my truck and have been dealing with some tuneing issues related to deleting the turbo and what not. Finally got all that sorted out and for somereason i cant get much over 30lbs of boost at wot. I know it should be making well into the low 40s. from the our logs where getting more then enough fuel. where at about a 3300 pulse width and 30 degrees of timeing. Im starting to think ether bad turbo :mad: or a boost leak somwhere:( any one have any ideas or sugjestions. Thanks in advance for the help :D

well thts i guesss next step visually i checked every thing and it all looks good. but i guess under upwards of 30 psi something mabey is acting as a sort of blow of valve or something. egr is blocked im thinking mabey intercooler line would be the only spot i could think of ?

its climbs pretty consistant at wot 5th gear at 100mph its steady at 32 psi wont go over 4th gear 3800rpm wont peak past 30 psi

I cant see intercooler as its a new truck? strange things happen
who did you purchase the turbo from?

are your intercooler lines all good?

PPE. this was the first one we did for the lmm but shouldent be much diffrent from the lbz. basicly same tune im running on a lbz with 40-94 is making 44lbs no problem intercooler lines appear to be fine mabey bad turbo ? or two big of exaust housing mabey ?

Mine will only make 35 in high gear, 32 in all others, always has since new, even with the ppe tuner on it. No boost leaks, tested @ 75 psi?
