New turbo big trouble

I have a 07 lmm I just installed a 68mm Danville stage 2r. Truck will only build one psi of boost and turbo is constantly cycling the vanes. Can't go open 4 mph or it
Falls on its face. Any help guys. Everything is plugged in.

Scan it and look at vein postion desired vs actual.

Mine acted funny when i first installed it on the first set of tunes. It would barely move for say 50ft while it was getting really warm then BAM! it would light and go..Mark said the vanes are so damn tight in these turbos they may vary tuning wise from truck to truck. wouldnt build any boost until the turbo lit all a sudden. you need to go to efi live forum and download the OCT pre release software, its only avail on the forum.
