LB7: new tune wont load

i got my new tune since this weekend im bringin the truck to mike l and i am attempting to put the new tune on and after updating the firmware and bootblocker i click the program button and it says everything goes thru then it says to turn key off and wait for the count down but the new tune is not on there when i start the truck back up

On the EFI icon on the desktop, right click it and choose run as administrator. Then try it. If you exit out of the program, you will have to do it again

i tried the full reflash with the same results

Try uninstalling the EFI program and reinstall it

How long does it try programming?

it takes like 2 minutes or so

And your sure the tune is not going? Do something to the tune that you will notice, like a lope and see if it is there

unfortunatly yes the old tune had a lope tune and i hated it so i had it retuned for another performance tune and the lope is still there..unfortunatly

Are you getting some sort of error message to indicate that the flash didn't take?

Have you set the parameters in your new tune to determine easily that there is a difference?

no errors or anything and yes there should be a noticable diffferance

You doing a full reflash. ? Should take about 8 10 mins.
