So I went to go look at an 06 duramax the other day and it had some issues. The guy drove an hour and a half to meet me and when he pulled off the highway the truck went into some kind of limp mode. It wouldn't shift past second and kept the vanes wouldn't close even at idle. They would cycle like normal when you first started the truck but that was it. It's a ppe built trans truck. Threw no codes and no engine light. Any ideas what that could be and if it would still be worth considering to buy the truck?
