New trans P0742

So i got a trans installed and im getting P0742 and shift range inhibit. It drives totally normal doesn't pull hard when i come to a stop.

If anyone has any information i would really appreciate it. This is my only vehicle and i cant afford for it to be down. You are all awesome!

742 indicates no TCC release and shift range inhibited means there is no pull down on turbine shaft ( input ). Sounds like defective converter.
