Hey guys, don't think I ever posted a pic of my Dmax since I've been on, but instead of watching the Superbowl, I found a killer deal on a second pickup and towed her home.
The motor was supposedly stock, and truck wasn't running, but knowing the engine was likely bad, I picked her up for $1200 knowing I wanted to build a fun truck, but keep my current pickup 100% reliable. I've since torn into the motor and found out she chewed up a piston somehow and the block is trashed. Luckily I have a spare LB7 sitting in my storage container, the engine was running good when I pulled it, but I think I'm gonna do a full build on it before I take the time to put it in.
