with the gearing in it right now yes only 1/8 mile 90% of the places we will run it only run the 1/8. If we were to go racing somewhere that they run 1/4 we will change gearing in it.

You gonna have the car out at Thunder Road any this year? Their schedule looks like they open next weekend for TnT. State Capitol and No Problem are a little too far for me to drive just for test and tune.

We will probably come that way some Josh. Probably when after we make sure it is running straight. The only reason we are going south to those tracks is to check the car out on a good track. Both of those tracks are very well prepped tracks and we don't want to be fighting a bad track to get it setup right. :D

I don't know if I will get to go tomorrow, but I know the car will be down though. I am trying to buy another house at the moment so I might not make it down.

State capitol told us last weekend they had over 200 cars there so the track should be in decent shape. We scaled the car out today and adjusted on the 4-link so it should be very close. With 180 lb driver in the car it weighed in at 2356.:D

The orange camaro belongs to a guy that works for us. Might as well be my brother. It still has the front end off of it but I will take some pics anyhow.

The guy that owns the orange camaro was driving. He said the first time it left, it pulled his head back to where he couldn't see. He said that 1.08 was crazy. :D I can't wait to get strapped up in it. :woott::woott:

Just found this thread. Is your chassis chrome moly or steel? I've got an older Bickel moly chassis for teh 82-92 body style and with a small block and LIBERTY in it it weighed in at about 1880 pounds with 150 pounds of that beeing ballast for driver weight. We never got a chance to run it in the quarter before my dad passed, but he did manage a 4.92 in the 1/8th with it without doors on a test pass in it. I believe the 60 footer was a 1.02 or 1.04. One thing about a Bickel chassis is they don't twist and you don't get questioned at teh track when you go through tech once they realize it's a Bickel chassis. Wish I had the money to play with the race car again, but for teh time being she's moth balled until I can afford her.

It is crome moly. I need to get some better pics of it. This is what it looks like right now. Very good quality car. We changed gears around so our 60ft times dropped to around 1.09's but it is still a wild ride. This pic was right after we painted it.
