The trucks are cheap, but the parts add up fast.

I figured I paid for new tires & wheels, then basically got the truck for free... Lol.

If you like old Willys/Jeeps, I have access to one. Not military though.

That wasn't a military jeep either. We just made it close to one. A trains eye will know it's not. The issue is the guy we restored it for wanted to cut a lot of corners and I know it won't hold up

I have a guy wanting a jeep done. How much and where is it

Pittsburgh, PA.

It was my Dads. Engine locked up, body decent with an aluminum hard top.
Someone said the top was a rare accessory.

Its a 48 Willys CJ2 w/ folding windshield.

I've never seen an aluminum hard top before. Steel soldiers would seek that thing fast quick and in a hurry I think

It is a strange top for sure... I'll try to get you a picture.

Spent the day changing antifreeze & flushing the cooling system.
Took forever to get it clean. 8 gallons... takes quite a while to flush, drain & refill.

First time I changed the oil in one I shit. We pour all the used oil into the fuel tank so the injectors get a good lube. And makes for killer smoke outs,

We buy the oil off govt. liquidation by the 10 gal cans. These old engines don't give a rats behind what's in them. And we run such heavy oil content in the fuel they are happy.

In the winter we run 20% gas and then a heavy oil mix or ATF and diesel helps it from freezing and gelling. It's a cheap mans power service

Only difference really is piston design, multi fuel pistons are pretty unique, the old herculees and white engines are based on the cummins 250 but altered to run multi fuel

You have the power potential, though you lack piston oil squirters. But 200 will be as high as we go

looks great man, I hope I was some help along the way. But your quality of work is amazing once again.

Have you done your fuel screw yet? Put in a pyro and crank it up. You have a turbo cummins correct?

yeah man it looks killer, ours is going through tear down this winter. Time for a fresh coat of paint and some new toys. Running 4 cameras for all the blind spots through a 7" touch screen.

we have brakes needing some love and inner axle seals are leaking on all the three axles. No a fun job, last time I lost a 1/4 inch of middle finger on my right hand form an axle shaft falling on it. Aint nothin light on these monsters.

we have a few hydravacs if u need one and some lights, master cylinders and other hard parts. Give me a shout if you are needing anything we may have it. We will hook u up,
