Welcome to the forum, lots of good guys here!!!:thumb::hug:
As others said lift pump provides positive pressure so your CP3 doesn't have to suck full from the tank.
If you install a lift pump, putting an adapter on the stock fuel filter location and upgrading to a cat or Donaldson filter will filter your fuel down even more so it's cleaner. You can also put a finer filter on your lift pump if you get an air dog or fass. I'd also look into Kennedy lift pumps, very small and quit pump; I've had mine for years now without any issues.
EFI live is also a better chose as others pointed out; you'll be able make changes as you add items to your pickup. If you can send the edge back I would.
Gauges will also be a good thing to add. Boost & EGT's at the least. I fell a back pressure gauge isn't bad either; I look at mine alot to make sure my tuning is in check. An edge insight is also good being you can watch fuel temp, fuel pressure actual/desired, and many others.
Modifying you stock turbo will also help but I've got a problem!!
There's lots of vendors on the forum that offer EFI live tuning.
If you're wanting tuning or any other parts feel free to send me a PM.
