Well this is my second dmax, and I am going to go in a different direction this time. I am now wanting a tow rig but get good mpg when I am empty. I am going to get an efi tune, egr delete, and exhaust to start off with, then want to go twins eventually. I am a big diy guy so I am going to do almost everything myself. What are a list of tranny mods that I should get before twins? It has 100k on it as it is,and don't want to roast it anytime soon. Any input would be great. Will post pics soon.

shift kit, converter, clutches.. the obvious. Mike L. just made a new converter that is great with twins from what i've read. id give Mike a call and he can point you in the right direction no doubt. build your trans with room to grow. id get a lift pump put on before alot of things if i ever did it again, saves your cp3 and injectors.

Welcome to DD, Suncoast g max 6 and a percision converter,cant beat the combo and the t/c has a 5 year warrenty and 1 time restall if needed :thumb:
