Does it always mean a bad C1 clutch? The thing is that the P0731 didnt show up until this morning when the guy drove it in to the shop?

At least it seems like they are working with you - more than Id get around here. Theyd see an aftermarket part and call the tow truck to extract it from teh shop.
Dealer has contacted Merchant and Suncoast, I faxed the dealer my original invoice, now merchant has to find their invoice from Suncoast, and the roundabout begins. What are my chances of getting this thing covered, it hasnt been 2 years until 5/08 and I am around 20,000 miles. -Jeff

Covered from suncoast or the dealer Jeff? I'm assuming suncoast, If so I would think it would be under warranty from Eric or SC.
