I just had a bunch of work done this past weekend to the suspension in my truck. It drives soooo much nicer now. It feels like it turns more too.

1- Cognito boxed UCA's - UCAK100010
2- Bilstein 5100's front shocks - LFK-GM8L-2001
3- Bilstein 5100's rear shocks - 24-186742
4- Bilstein steering damper - 33-174525
5- Cognito torsion keys - COGTBAK-8
6- Cognito Pitman/Idler support - COGPISK2008
7- Cognito Idler pivot assembly - COGIPAWG8
8- Cognito HD tie-rods - COGTRK100046
9- Cognito sway bar end links - COGSBELKHD-1000
10- Moog pitman/idler arm - K6535 / K6654
11- Hellwig air helper springs - #6006
12- 2" blocks to the rear

Thank you once again to Evan and Tim of Freedom Diesels for great work and service!
....it was not the first time those guys went well into night hours to finish it before my 2hrs ride back home. But it was a lot nicer than the last visit I made when they were trying to figure out the misfiring that kept on going on my LLY!
Other stuff we did besides the suspension. We removed that spare tire assembly, rusty pos, we replaced injectors #2 and #8. We replaced my AD2 filters, and thanks Tim for the skid plate. And for the tires!..... I ran out of $$ before I could buy my lady new shoes!
After the alignment this work truck is very nice to drive.
Now I'm looking forward for that built tranny....

How much did it run you in parts? I rebuilt my whole front end last year with stock components and it's already getting loose again.

I spent $2425 for the front end order but that included a 6"Westin bar and mounting brackets and the AD2 FF&water separator, roughly $450 on that. All shipped to my house.
Then at the install, after I complained about the handling towing my trailer, another $350 in blocks and the hellwig bags by Tim's recommendation.
Best decision I did. I had my previous truck's front end worked on twice as well. And the steering was trashed again when I traded it....
The tires came from spares that Freedom Diesels donated plus my own. (2) new on the front and (2) 50%ish for the back.
I shopped around for a long time trying to convince myself and got a good deal for the package, buying all at once.

Very nice new setup! Looks great too. Cognito components are tough to beat in many applications! I use a ton of them. They are definitely some of my top recommendations. Congrats and nice work. Tim's a good guy so I'm sure he took good care of you!
