I wasnt really looking for another truck but stumbled upon an 84 chev sclb with a 350. It runs and doesnt have cancer suprisingly. Its a 4 speed though, I dont mind manuals but it doesnt nescassarily shift smooth. It used to be a diesel so its got the 14blt rear end and its a 3/4 tn, she's got a few dings and some scratches with surface rust but nothing time and $ cant fix.My friend will sell me a 12v cummins for fairly cheap ( I know its the enemy ) but it sounds cool to do or should i just build up the small block?:spit:

Throw a diesel in it.

Build the small block...or better yet, throw a BBC in it. As much as I love diesel, I miss rompin around in my BB car. That thing was fun as hell to drive
