Went to the track this weekend with the new BT lock up box.
Managed a best of 11,731 at 113 mph with a 1,575 60ft.
Truck ran great and lock up worked good. I picked up atleast a tenth with it.
I tried my stock size tires at the end of the day and i was able to do 3 good runs : 11,761, 11,755, 11,738 but with poor 60ft between 1,66-1,68
I think there is more potential in the stock size tire than with my slick which sucks since they are kinda useless. At the beginning i thought maybe tcm tune, than torque converter locking but finally its seems more like a tire size problem.
I made 2 run with the same exact ET time, one with slicks and the other with street. You can see with slicks that i am loosing the advantage of the 60' between the 330' and the 660'... Could it be a shift ?
I just need some opinions.
BTW, those runs are same day, same track.
