New personal best with a 68mmvgt!

Thought you guys would get a kick out of this! Finally made it to the track with my daily driver for the first time this season. After going to Muncie without my truck and missing out on all the fun I decided to get to it. I pulled the rollbar out of my race truck and installed it. I also have my built motor back in the truck which consists of my original 15.25:1 Oval race Cast pistons/Carillo rods, 6480AF cam, stock lbz heads with socal springs and retainers, 625+studs. Exergy 250%inj and 12mmCP3 for fuel. I am also running my 68mm Stg2R1 Vgt as a single turbo. I still have more chassis work to do to get it to hook better but this was a blast and definitely got me fired back up to go fast. Truck ran very clean for 250%inj and a single vgt! This was on 1850us @20*. Alittle more work and I hope to get a solid 10 sec pass with this setup and possibly beat my old record I set with the 72mm vgt before I put the twins back on it and shoot for 9's.

Thanks guys, truck weighs around 5800lbs still. Everytime I think I'm going to get it to lose a few pouinds I end up adding twice as much to it. The roll bar was a lot heavier than I was expecting it to be and that was weight in the wrong place for me unfortunately. Coilovers in the front are going to be next up on the list of things to help move some weight and get it to hook up better hopefully. Got my low profile crossmember installed now also thanks to Anthony(Tothemax) and it looks great! THanks Anthony and I will keep you posted on how it holds up to my abuse! I really want to get it to hook and beat the 72mm record and then put my newest 72mm on and see how fast it will go then twin it and see how close to 9.99 I can get it this season.:thumb:

I would also like to personally thank Evan@LimitlessDiesel for personally helping me with my Allison trany and a lot of my customers so that we can go as fast as we do with these transmissions that they said couldn't be done.:thumb:

I think you should bring it to my local track in Atco. We have awesome air at near sea level. You have a place to stay, some guns to shoot, and a smoker full of meat if you ever do it!

Last weekend was my daughters 7th bday party. I smoked a 10lb Boston butt into pulled pork sammys, 13lbs of brisket, and three whole chickens.

I don't drink enough to stay this fluffy, but I loves me muh low n slow. Lol

And i built a new reloading table...
