Hey folks. I just joined the Duramax generation. I bought a 2006 2500 HD 4x4.
Truck is all stock and only 86K miles. Just before I purchased it the previous owner had the 2 glow plugs ,turbo boost sensor and vane positioning solenoid w/module replaced. As I was driving home the CEL came on so I went and to friends and ran scan on truck. Codes P2563 and P003A showed up. We cleared codes but the came back within 15 min. of driving. I see this is a common problem with the turbo sensors. I see many fixes out there but my question is -can I continue to drive without damaging the motor or turbo ?
