Just bought a used 2019 Silverado 3500 with 47k on it

My last vehicle was my '05 Silverado so i know obviously the power and electronics are very different and I have some questions about this truck I want to make sure are normal and was looking for opinions

1)especially on hotter or warmer days, I find that the truck idles higher and sounds almost like a fan is on very often. Is that normal???
Today after only about 10 minutes of driving I heard this again and then I went and stopped at a job site and left it running , And after about three or four minutes of it sounding like it was high idling the truck got softer and quieter but then as soon as I drove away it again sounded louder?

2) On my 05 when I would let go of the gas pedal the truck would coast and if I put it on tow haul mode it would start to slow down. On this truck I find that it feels like as soon as I let go of the gas pedal it immediately starts to slow down almost like the feeling I got on my 05 in tow haul mode. Likewise is that normal and is that the way the truck was designed?

Thanks so much for your input. I just want to make sure these are all normal because I'm always weary when you buy a used vehicle

Thanks all
