New Old Guy

Just came aboard and thought I would say hello. First time owner of a new Chevy Duramax / Allison combo on a 2500hd. I have never owned a diesel before and thought I could get some good info here. I am twice retired, 22 years in law enforcement and 18 years in Cellular network engineering. I am also a moderator on one of the largest firearms and shooting forums. Looking forward to picking up some good info on taking care of an oil burner. Oh yea, I reside in NW Louisiana.
