Well time to get this motor together .. building a 2.6 truck with some new pretty parts :happy2:

Fingers Cast .020 Pistons
Carrillo Rods
ATI Damper
ARP Main Studs
Clevite Rod/Main Bearing
GM Cam Bearings
SunCoast Flywheel

Next i need to figure out which cam to run and what size injectors.
Thinking about tryin to run a s480 with a 2.6 cover with a t6 1.10 ar

Yes i wanted a set when i first seen them ... and then i decided to build a motor and it was a no brainer

Naaa i thought about doing a girdle but i was to far along at the machine shop so ill see how the stock main caps and main studs hold up

Is that an alternate firing cam?

If not, here is an important quote from IdahoRob;


So the engine with the alternate firing order cam after a season, no problems with the crank. The other engine with the standard cam, had a crack that showed when Fluxing.





Perfect test? Maybe not but both my SoCal race engine has the alternate firing order cams in them now.

Ill Pull Va And Maybe A Few Pulls Up In PA .... There Is Enough Pulls In Va To Keep Me Going .. And The Truck Wont Be Ready Till May Or June So It Will Be A Short Season This Year For Me

Those pistons are so sexy. I wish I would have had the $ at the time mine was built.
