Hey Guys,

Been a lurker on some duramax and silverado forums for quite some time. I've been a member on some motorcycle forums for a long time now so figured I'd get this rolling too.

I just purchased my third duramax, a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD.

My previous two were a 2007 Classic Silverado 2500HD and a 2013 Silverado HD. Both were customized a good bit and I hope the new one isn't any different

Here's a pic of my new truck. Only things I have been able to do so far are add a Texas Custom Holsters gun mount under the steering column, rain guards, hood deflector, window tint, clear bra on the front bumper, paint the camper mirrors as well as the rear tailgate handle to match and changed the body molding to white instead of chrome. I am going to take the mirrors to the same guy who did the clear bra on the front bumper and have the mirrors done as well so that hopefully they do not flake away. Just have to wait a bit for the clear coat to cure. Still waiting on some other parts to show up and trying to figure out a few other things as well.

Thanks Guys!

Welcome! What kinda bikes/forums you got/on?!

I have two Ducati's. One is a street bike (2011 1198) and the other is a Track/Race Bike (2014 1199 Panigale S).

Here are some pics. They're kinda crappy quality since the forum limits the size of the images allowed. Street bike is all carbon and custom painted Chevrolet Summit White :thumb:

Thanks bud, I didn't even realize it when I was purchasing it but after reading up I'm glad I pulled the trigger on the 16' with all the talks about changing up the motor and drivetrain on the 17'.

Thanks T, I hope to own a harley one day as well. My father had a harley a couple years ago and I took it on a few rides. They're nice and relaxing, also a lot better for colder rides.

Welcome

Nice truck.:thumb:
How does it compare to your '13?

Thanks! I'm liking it more and more as each day goes by. I loved my '13. The more I drive this one the more I like it over the old one. The more parts that come in the more I like this over the old one as well haha. Little things like bluetooth pairing with cell phone, heated steering wheel, and power folding mirrors make a nice difference. The ride is much quieter which isn't a bad thing but makes me feel as if something is wrong :roflmao:

Can't wait to get it lifted and some performance mods done to it as well :thumb:
