To start a new thread. You will got to the forum you would like to post it in and then you will see a

on the top left-hand side.

To add a signature- go to the User CP also near the top left-hand side. Click that then on the left-side again you will see an option to Edit Signature. Just fill that out

If you select Edit Details at the bottom you can add the information that will show up on the far right of your posts across from your name.
