Hey guys I'm new to the forum and Duramax's and Diesels so I'm a little clueless about alot of stuff Mods and truck are in signature. Just trying to figure out if everything the guy told me is true. The injectors I think are stock because the truck doesn't smoke, doesn't appear to have a lift pump (he said it had an "OEM" replacement) or dual cp3. He said it smoked if you turn the tunes up I suppose do to timing. Fuel rail pressure and desired fuel rail pressure seem to be matched up through WOT pulls. Thanks for the help

Not really anyway of telling if it has stock injectors or not, without pulling the injectors.
If they are larger injectors and you are running a box programmer and not a custom tune, your truck should smoke pretty good constantly at full throttle

Can't you data log and view the US/PW and timing with EFI-L? Between a dyno and data logging I would "assume" that it would be obvious if the injectors were larger than stock...
Yeah if you have a v2 and a chassis dyno handy you could log PW and timing and compare that to power output
