Im by no means a good fabricator but this turned out alright. Will complete the welds on the top pieces tomorrow. Eventually will line-x it.

I mounted it to the frame with brackets I made. Getting the fit was a little time consuming but paid off. :thumb:

Well like I said. Looks great. Can't wait to see the finished product. Factory made stuff is all good and weel, but it makes you appreciate your stuff more if you make it yourself. Know what I mean?

I'll get some tomorow once it's done. Gotta grind it down and cap the sides and out fog lights in it. Then I'll rattle can it black Sondheim doesn't rust while awaiting being bedlined

Haha Ben sure you can hve it. It's really low profile because when I had the lower valance off the stock bumper I liked how little it got in the way hunting. So I did the same with this and I'd never seen an HD bumper that wasn't a giant chunk of iron. It's made out of 1/8" plate with 1/4" reinforcements. I'll have to see how heavy it is today it's not too bad

I decided Im going to cap the whole bottom off sometime this week and Ill coat it after that. Ill probably build a bolt on skid plate too.
