Hello everyone, this afternoon I jumped in my truck to go wash it and noticed it was loping, it had the usual engine light on because of my twin setup, (grid heater delete and egr delete) I read the codes and a new code popped up p0301, number 1 misfire my injector rate was 9.6 on number 1 and the rest are within specs, so I guess my question is where do I start? Compression test? New injector? injector cleaning? My worst fear is a bent rod but it honestly would not surprise me.... But a good excuse for a engine build

Did the lope clear up? Any smoke from exhaust or oil fill? I would start with switching the injector with another one with good rates and see if the problem moves to the other cylinder with the injector.

No it didn't, cleared the code, still loping, returned to stock and still have number 1 balance rate around 8, it's also not blowing any smoke, and there is no blow by
