Hello everyone
New to the forum ,hopefully someone can shed a little light on a problem I'm having . Just finished up my gmax5 kit in my Allison last week and have put around 300 mikes on it . Has been running high temps (230-240 ) the whole time . Normal driving no load ,highway and around town . I have torn her back out and checked all clearances and tolerances and I'm stumped ,I did find the c2 clutch hub thrust washer had some good wear on it ,(was new when installed ) . I've been scratching my head for days now don't wanna just slap her back in and have to pull it out again . Hopefully someone has some insight .
