I just picked up a 2006 GMC Sierra SLT 4x4 (Crew cab and long bed :cool2: ). It's got some miles, about 340K, but the engine and transmission work great. Been doing some work on it and I'll be seeking help and advice here as I do more.
I used to own a 1992 Dodge W250 4x4. My name comes from a 1st gen dodge diesel forum I used to frequent. The VE is for VE44 rotary pump.
Anyways, I'm looking forward to getting to know all the in-and-outs of these trucks and upgrading it whenever I can convince my wife it's worth the money
