Hello guys!

Long time no talk about the classes. Sorry about that, had and exceptionally busy season so far but have managed to sort through a couple of class possibilities and finally settle on one that worked for both schedule and time frame. I had a lot of help and some good locations to choose from, and am working on the winter/spring schedule of classes now. Hope to have that posted next month for people to view.

So on to the class:
I'm going to be holding a class in Mira Loma, California on October 26th-27th @ Westech Performance. They have a nice facility and are set up to accommodate a decent sized class, and are in a pretty accessible location to get to easily from the airport if you're considering making the trip.

The class is 2 days as usual, and will cover Dodge and Duramax tuning - with time spent on the dyno with stock and modified trucks.

A high level overview of the class as well as sign up can be found here: StarLite Diesel Training

Contact instructions are also on the site so if possible, please contact me via email as it is still busy enough that i have a difficult time keeping up with the work and the forums both. Email is a nice central spot for me to keep things somewhat organized :hehe:

Hope to see many of you there! I know there's been plenty of interest which is a big reason why I chose this area for my final class of the year (this makes 7 or 8 I believe)...

Yes sir - Maine specifically - but it will be on the 2014 schedule early next year. I have multiple things going between now and this October class, then SEMA right after that, and then it's the holidays and possibly a trip to PRI in December (not sure on that yet) and then in January we'll be starting our full training schedule - classes every other week at various points in the country including Maine, Utah, Ohio, Iowa, Texas and a few others but don't have all the details of these locked down yet. Trying to spread the locations / times out a bit. Plan to do every other week classes for the first few months of each new year until the season gets rolling and then i'll be heads down for about 6 months (if this year repeats itself) with a lot of work but hope to throw a class in once a month from April til June as well... but we will see when we get that far.

Right now, focus on this class and updating the books, and then use November to lock down the dates and locations for the new year schedule.

Oh i'll be there. Ohio is for sure. Iowa I'll be at but that will probably be more towards summer, Indiana is also a return possibility (same location as this year)... South Dakota may also be a return visit - got some unfinished business there though I don't know that they are considered midwest....
Maine is going to happen as well, because there is interest in NY, NJ, and other new england states area as well....

Needing a class back down in the Southeast! Missed the FL class since funds didnt wanna corporate :(

Class in Florida wasn't mine, however on the 'to do' list is to finish setting one up in Tennessee where I have an open invite... kind of a central point to lots of interest in FL, GA, TN, KY, etc..... so, unless things don't go how I'm hoping, Tennessee will probably be seeing one of the earlier classes in the year.

------

For now - west coast stuff! Had 2 classes out of 7 or 8 this year west of the Rockies... we need one more over here to round out the year.

very interested in the iowa class.. know the location already?

Iowa Central College.... held one there about 14 months ago. Good location, already have classrooms set up and dyno is a stout dyno capable of rolling semi's and other big equipment since that is mainly the equipment worked on at that school.

Ohio will be at the University of NW Ohio i believe is the name of it (have to check my notes) - and will be more in the winter/early spring.

Utah class will be early - but not sure exactly when yet as Industrial is in the process of moving to their new location, and that move will take some time. Need to wait until they are settled better and have a timeline of when they'll be ready for the class.

That's awesome, you can count me in on that one for sure!! Will it be on a Sunday/Monday like a lot of your classes seem to be? That would be best, I can usually take a Monday off from work with enough notice.

Would there be any classes in texas? I've purchased the books already, but having an experienced pro explain everything would make it much better! :thumb
