After jacking with the foreign made down pipes and all the trouble we had with them we decided to go back to making our own.

Our new LLY, LBZ, LMM dp is mandrel bent, tig welded, ceramic coated and wrapped.

Our new LB7 dp is also mandrel bent, tig welded, ceramic coated, and will fit the emissions models too!!

Best of all they are 100% made in USA in our shop and they are the same price as what we were selling the foreign stuff for!!

If you bought one from me then I'll warranty it even if my supplier won't. ;) Here's the new LLY, LBZ, LMM pipe.

Very nice! I have the old one, so far so good. I did go ahead and cut the mount tab off so I didn't have to worry about it breaking or putting a hole in the pipe.

The tab breaks from engine flex. If you either put a bolt through the stock drivers side mount or aftermarket mounts, it won't break. I think the only way to keep it from breaking would be a strap type that wraps around the pipe and not welded directly to the pipe. JMO though

Nice piece btw. Will be ordering one for a buddy shortly.

OK, the down pipe contest is done!!

I had a total of 3 correct guesses so I'm giving out three downpipes. The correct answer was 270 pipes.
