Started on the install on friday night @ 7:00 and had the stocker out by 11:00. Started Sat @ noon and she was running late Saturday night.

All I can say is that was a bear of an install. those damn bolts on the up pipes and downpipes were ridiculously tight. So far everything has gone well but i cant seem to keep intercooler boots on it on the driver side.

I havent run 100% throttle yet because it blows the boots off. With my pulling tune from Johnboy that I ran all last season I am seeing around 45-48 psi @ 75% throttle. I am hoping to see a little more after I get the intercooler piping figured out. Charger is very easy to light and pulls wicked hard.

Gotta give a huge thanks to Johnboy for answer the many phone calls and to Pat and Kat because without them and this site my truck would still have a hypertech:eek:

Edit: also want to thank Dan@PPE for answering all my questions

Intercooler boot's can be a bitch. We put Hair spray on the pipe's and the boot's to make them "sticky" seem to help. Wipe the inside of the boot with some denatured alcohol an then spray them. Wait a minute or so for the propellant to evaporate then wiggle them on.

and yes, we need pics...........

on edit..........white rain is what we use

Gets the ends of the new boost tube rolled you should be fine. :)

I am impressed that charger is moving the air that it is. I knew it should run hard but I thought it might be laggy but it doesnt sound like it is.

No problem on the calls Travis. You the one doing all the hard work! Well at least on your truck.:)

I went with a s400 with a 65mm wheel. 1.00 Ar and a t4 foot with a gt42 install kit. I also have a 1.10 Ar housing to try if I need some more up top.

Is the pipeing different size? and that is why the issue?
I think someone allready posted but if you knurl the IC pipe it will help!
worst case gorrilla glue the bastard!:D

Even if you take the pipe off and get a bead welded around the end

Or run a long hose and use 2 clamps...ya its ugly but it works:D

Just trying to give you some options:hug: Honestly i just want some pics & Sorry to hear about you high boost issues:rofl:
