New body style dually bed on older truck

Has anyone done or saw or have pictures of an old body style truck 01-07, with a new 2008 plus year dually bed on the truck? In place of the old composit fenders? I swear I saw a white Chevy one on here or another site.

My brother in laws planning on putting one on his kids truck. I said I saw it done once it looked ok, the guy or person , put a molding strip down both sides on the doors to the back of the fenders

Can't say I'd like it, not to mention if I had one I'd have to have spare wheel wells on hand, easier than changing the whole bed.

NBS bed on obs chevy dually -copy this and google search, trucks pop right up, looks like shit IMO, not to mention if you idled into a twig, the bed would hit the cab.

Sometimes my brain thinks faster than it should! The one I saw definitely had a black strip down the sides the first one that comes up does look disgusting

Haha. You could probly make the sides look better with some work, but it being as close to the cab and as tall as they are, that's the killer for me.

I personally like the fact you can tiger hair the fiberglass OBS sides, or just bolt a new side on AND my favorite, they don't rust.

Yep, starting to become partial to flatbeds, less shit to rust, easier to maintain, and easier to clean and work on things in the back. Not to mention you can flat beat on them if they're the heavy ones.

I put a brand new tailgate on my truck and dented the center of it shutting it after install, I don't even care anymore.

Saw an 01' Chevy with an 98-02 f-150-350 bumper on it a couple days ago.
