Now that I'm in the Portland area I decided to finally take the truck to the track. Went to T&T at PIR and made 4 runs. First was on my daily driver tune.

[email protected] on a 1.836 60ft.

Then I made 1 pass in each tune above that one on the DSP, each tune got bigger.

[email protected] on a 1.883 60ft.
[email protected] on a 1.926 60ft spun pretty bad.
[email protected] on a 1.823 60ft had wheel hop but was the best 60ft of the night.

only weight reduction I did was I took the tailgate off. Now I just need to re adjust my spring clamps, do some quick weight reduction and I see 11's in my near future. I could have just kept adding fuel and timing in the tuning but want to keep the motor together still. Still happy with a 12.1 though, first improvement at the track since I ran a 12.42 in 2008! :woott:

Still a stock long block in the truck with 130,000 miles on it... Just don't wanna blow it up yet. I just want an 11.9x pass. Its close now.

Thats what I said lol... ran 11.99, went back a few weeks later ran 11.89. Then thought it was a good idea to take the thing to Phoenix ended up running 11.84 hopping and spinning and won the 11.90 class. Now I still want more :( ;)

Congrats man, you got an easy 11sec pass there. I'm hoping to try out PIR at the NHRDA event next month. I hear it's a nice track.

Thanks for all the compliments.

I plan to make it to the NHRDA event too. Its a nice track, hopefully the track prep is better. Now I just need to find some slicks or re-learn how to launch on street tires. Hope to get it dialed in for an 11.90 class.
