It has 11s in it with some fine tuning. Track was crowded. Prep was bad. Timeslips were all messed up. No spring clamps. New setup will take some getting used to. I think it needs a looser converter because it was pushing through the brakes at 12-15 psi. I guess we'll see what happens next week. I'm happy with it. It can lose some weight too. I gained ~9 mph from my best time last year!!!!!

First Pass was 12.32@115 with a 1.88 60'
Second was the 12.18@114
Third was 12.24@110 with the stock trans tune

Thanks!

It really surprised me when I saw the needle sweeping past 110 before I trapped. :happy2:

There's definitely room to work with on the 60'. I was leaving too soft.

Thanks Tom.

I wish the videos turned out better. :( One scoreboard wasn't displaying times and the other one was displaying the wrong MPH. Oh well, I'll be going back this Thursday to try it again.

Congrats! Your trans tune gave you an extra 5 mph? Also on what you said about the TC Stall. What psi are you leaving at? I went lastnight and was only launching at around 8 psi.

Thanks Ben.

Yeah, with the stock TCM tune it shifted into 6th right when I crossed the line. With it tuned it holds fifth and the other gears longer to stay up in the power band of the charger. It really likes being above 3k if you look at my dyno graph.

I left at 12-15 psi. Anything less than 10 and it bogs.

Nice times, Chris. Just curious. What kind of times and MPH were you getting in the 1/8?

I know it's a different animal, but when I was working on getting my built motor/twin setup dialed in at a local 1/8 mile track, I gained something like 3 MPH just by raising my shift points from 3500 RPM to 3800 RPM.

Thanks everyone!!!!!

I forgot to add, DA was 2570 and track elevation is 1180'.

Looks like next trip to the strip will be this Thursday. Weather looks good. I'm going to take some weight off this time and see what happens.
