I have a 07 classic 2500hd with 17 inch wheels now looks like slandered offset with 285 70 17 grips. I'm looking to just to a 20 with the nasty -44 offset to have the wide wheels, truck sits level now and wondering if this is possible.

Its gonna rub. You'll need to do some cutting just to make it drive able. That still won't stop the rubbing at full lock or when turning up/down driveways. I'm assuming a 10" wheel??

Dura07 is your truck leveled from stock? I'm lifted 6 inches and running 35x12.50 and wanted to put 18" wheels with -44 offset. It is a costly trial and error and I'm not into rubbing.

these are 305/50/20s on 20x10 -12s. They rub a bit but the bars aren;t cranked and I only trimmed the valence.

Ya 10 wide, we'll if it won't work it won't work

These were 20x10 with a -12 offset, 305/50-20 tires. I had the valance cut and the pinchweld on the back of the fender cut and hammered flat to stop the rubbing.... it still would with the wheel locked. If you've leveled the truck, run 285's, and cut the valance/pinch weld, you may be able to get away with running a -44 but you're gonna get some rub no matter what.

Here is a setup I did a year ago:

20" X 12" Fuel Mavericks black and milled -44mm offset
305/55/20 Nitto Trail Grapplers

Check out the bead flex I had to get them to mount:

Here is a few images of them all done:

Pretty square mounted:

They rubbed everywhere.
