I want your guy's opinions. I going to be needing some new tires soon. I'm thinking of the Nitto 420v or the Nitto terra grappler g3. I don't tow and no heavy loads. 99.9% of the time I am on city streets. My current tire is LT265/60r20, 3195lbs @80psi. The 420v size I am looking at is 275/60R20 116H XL. 2756lbs@50. The max tire size i can run without rubbing/cutting is about 32.76 x 10.71. My truck has a leveling kit on it as well. I really want to move to a "street tire" I love the look of them, but I'm not sure if they can handle the weight of the truck and if i ever needed to put something moderately heavy in the bed. Any thoughts or opinions would be great. I am open to other tires as well. Let me know what you guys think.

Look into the Toyo Proxes STIII. I love them so far, excellent ride and handles super great around corners especially in wet conditions. Surprisingly it did very well in a snow storm before I parked it for the winter (needed the truck for one last tow trip). It's actually quieter than I expected.

One issue is that the tire is directional, so if you want to rotate it to the other side, the tire will have to be dismounted and corrected for the other side rotation. Although the tire is a D load rating, it has a load rating of 3086# which is plenty fine to tow 15k as I've done it many times on the nitto 420s before they were discontinued.

ST3 is my personal favorite street tire available. I think they look better than a 420V and have the same traction. They are what is on my personal LB7.
