This is a hard question to explain so hang in there lol My truck started acting up on Tuesday. Went to get in and start it but it wouldn't turn over, wouldn't even engage the starter.. I turned the heat off and it starts up. It did it again twice today.. now It won't start unless the heat/fan is off. Checked the batteries, starter and alternator and all come back good.. checked all the fuzes under the hood none were blown.. where can I start looking?? Battery's are 4 month old optima reds. Alternator is 4 months old as well. Any help would be much appreciated..

Could be the climate control module is acting up and spamming the data bus, which can prevent a start.

If it gets more frequent, you can try unplugging the module and see if the issue goes away. That's the sucky part of intermittent issues though; they are hard to diagnose.

Id also check the fan module. Could be you have a short somewhere in that area that somehow is affecting the rest of the electrical. As Dave said, intermittent electric issues are an SOB to diagnose.
