NEEDED ASAP 7.3 motor in north Canada RUNNING

I have got a freind in north Canada somwhere that needs a motor ASAP. He is on vacation and threw a rod. The truck is a 01 F-250 with a 7.3 powerjoke. He wants to put a built motor in but just needs a motor to get home.:help::Canada_Flag:

Ted at MPL in Lacombe put one in my buddies '95 and both he and my buddy had a hard time finding a good engine that wasn't a million dollars over what it was worth. It might be worth it to send him a PM or E-mail as he may still have a contact or two.

Wish ya best of luck! Id help if i knew of one. As said, a decent priced running 7.3 stroke is harder to find than i though. My bud took his on a trip to Texas and for no apperant ryhm or reason it too threw a rod! I guess they do that without warning on higher mile engines

...If i had known what they are worth, ida bought back my wrecked truck for the motor and parts :banghead:

Thanks guys but I guess he found a full built one up there that a guy is willing to trade for his stock motor and 6500 dollars. Has rods, new crank, worked over heads and injectors. Thanks for looking any:hug:ways.
