I've got a P0101 MAF MIL popping up on my truck. I need to smog it only once, for a transfer of ownership (to me). After it's smogged, I shouldn't ever have to do it again (rural County) and I'll delete/tune the (Cali) truck.

I have:
- Pulled and cleaned the MAF and connector
- Inspected passenger side of the wiring harness of obvious damage
- Pulled the air box and filter is newerish paper filter, cleaned it and the box, made sure I sealed it back up tight
- Cleaned and resealed the intake tube to airbox
- Cleaned and resealed the intake tube to turbo inlet
- There's a PVC fitting for a resonator delete, I pulled that, cleaned, added some electrical tape to the sealing surface, and made sure I got a good seat and seal on it
- Monitored MAF at idle and it read ~40g/s

I'm using the attached document to step my way through diagnosing it, but I've got some questions.

Where is the fuse in "Ignition 1 voltage circuit"

What am I looking for when diagnosing the EGR? I would really hate to have to work on or replace the EGR since I'm just going to delete it as soon as I pass this smog.

If it's relevant, I've got pretty bad blow by, oil cap bounces when loose but no smoke coming out (going to check my PCV for clogged lines).
Injectors are pretty bad, balance rates read as 0.0 at idle, pressing the brake will kind of get them to read. No smoke or haze though, and I didn't see any fuel in the oil.
