Need someone with EFI Live in MD

So I fried the ECM in my '07 LBZ and need a new one. I've researched that EFI Live can do this without a license. If this is true, is anyone in Maryland willing to help me out for an hour? I'll buy you dinner and pay for your gas to Laurel.

EFILive licensing is based off ECM serial number. Each time you flash an ECM with a difference serial a license will be required, irrespective of vin number.

EFILive does offer a vin license replacement when an ECM is toast, however you need to generate a support ticket on our help desk for us to investigate the issue and determine that the ECM is unrecoverable. during that process you will be asked to submit your EFILive licensing file, provide screen shots as requested, and provide a copy of the invoice to demonstrate a new ECM was purchased.
