Im looking at buying some 20's for my truck. Truck has 3 in drop shackles and tbars almost all the way down so the front sits just below level. Id like to fit 305/50 on 20x9 wheels. What kind of offset/backspacing is required?

I ran 4.5"/ -12 on mine lowered that far, had some minor rub issues at full lock, that was on 305/50-20. I liked the look

Thanks guys! I took off some 22" h2 wheels, I measured the back spacing on those and they were 5.5 on a 9.5 inch rim. I had 305/40r22 on there and no rubbing, but it was close. Would it be right to get a 20x9 wheel with 0/5" to keep the same stance as before? Im new to all this backspacing/offset thing, sorry for all the questions.

there it is, the safest combo

you can run up to a 5 3/4 bs on a 10" wide wheel and a -12 up to a -20 iirc but get ready to trim a bit if you try that
i ran a 20x10 w 5 3/4 bs and a -12, but i cant remember, it might have been a -20 offset, and a 305/55/20, i had some seious trimming to do, it was on a 1500hd
