Hey guys need some measurements from a few of ya with lowered rigs. I think I'm going to try and make an airbag set up that mounts under the frame. Basically need measurement from bump stop on axle to frame where bump stop is.

Thanks guys. If you would please post up suspension mods also.

3" shackle + overload removed etc...

Need some for dually applications too.

Wish I could help but I just removed my bumpstops completely. I was bottoming out even after cutting 1.5" off them.

3" shackles, 2" hangers, overload removed in rear. Fender lip to ground is 35"

You still can! I need the measurement to the frame from axle pad. Not to the bump stop :)

Thanks! Did the block make up for your overload being out? Seems like 8.5" is what I remember stock trucks being?

Had to go look at some old pics of my truck, but ya good catch..it was on the truck when i bought it. Just realized its not factory, that's a 2" block. :thumb:

Now you've got me wanting to go remove it:D

Wow yours is low!! No wonder you were hitting the bump stops all the time!

I used a pair of single convoluted bags from PacBrake. Part # HP10083 and they work great. This is with a 3" shackle, overload still in place. If your too low, you can always use a axle drop bracket to mount your bags.

Thanks grizz, those bags might make it better! Didnt realize anyone made a short bag. Thanks!
