this season.. i am having issues holding rail pressure.. My truck has gm reman injectors put in 2 winters ago... sins then i have less than 5k driving on them and maybe 20 sled hooks.... I thought maybe i had an issue with one maybe returning a little to much fuel... so sins i could use a little more outta the injector department.. we removed them and sent them to a shop.. The shop told me that they took one apart and said that the ball seats didnt look the best and they told me that they would not be good to use for a performance injector... that i would get prolly another 50k outta them if i used them with a stock truck and just drove them on the street..

Has anyone ran in to an issue like this? I guess i could see maybe a few bad injectors but not all 8.. I just dunno if maybe someone is trying to sell me something i dont need??

Sounds a little fishy. How much pressure are you holding and what is your pulse width? Have you checked your CP3?

Having the same issue, I belive one or more injector(s) on my truck is returning to much fuel causing fuel rail starvation on big tunes. Would new nozzles help?

No, nozzles will not help. Do you have a lift pump and shimmed FPRV or race valve?

That sounds about right. I held about 21-22K at 3200 with a modded fuel pressure regulator. You can do one of those arson kits for about $300 or just do it yourself for free. Mod the regulator, drill out the gear cover, and drill the cp3 outlet. You can also drill out the end of the fuel rail.
