My truck was running fine before I changed the batteries now I have two codes p0149, p0202 and no throttle

Ice pick the #2 injector plug. Use the search feature and search for ice pick injector or ice pick trick

Since you dont have any vehicle info I'm assuming you have a 04.5 lly with 200k

You check all fuses? you may have popped some fuses when hooking up the new batteries, not likely but definitely possible.
