Need some help, no power

My buddy got a lly with efilive from kory and straight 4" exhaust. Soon as he put the tunes on he got watered down diesel and destroyed his injectors. He got those along with cp3 replaced but now the truck runs off straight motor it seems. The turbo won't spool until higher in the rpm range only if you hit clear dtcs on the autocal. There's no visible engine light or codes it pulls. Getting onto the interstate is a smoke show because the turbo won't spool. And sometimes it starts jumping and jerking while driving. Anyone have any ideas what could be causing this?

Did you leave a rag in the intake somewhere when you had it all apart? Check for boost leaks? Log it would be a good idea as well

Nevermind found the vane position. It's reading 5.9% cruising then when you get on the throttle the van position drops then jumps up to about 8% then back down
