need some allison help

sorry, new to the forum. Im just learning how to navigate this site. I have an allison trans. question. I bought my truck in sept. 2012. It supposedly had the trans rebuilt by George "the big dipper" Alexander? Does anyone know how to contact this person? All I know is he is/was located in the Baltimore, Md area. Please help!
