LLY: Need problem diagnosos advice

Hello, This is my first post.

I have 05 LLY, Banks Six Gun/w speed loader(for power), hypertek tuner(to adjust tire size and read codes), no cat or muffler, and a ported mouthpiece.

I limped my tranny several times and it is in the shop now getting a SC stage 3.

My truck will intermittently blow lots of smoke and wont make any power. I mean James Bond smoke sometimes. When it doesn't do that it runs fine. I checked my DTC's

P0101-MAF
P0401-EGR flow
P0404-EGR Open position performance
P0405-Position Sensor circuit low voltage
P0700-Transmission control module request MIL illumination
P1404-EGR closed position peformance

I have taken my maf and thoroughly cleaned with MAF spray as suggested but am still having the problem.

Any suggestions?

The EGR and MAF codes are because it's a LLY w/o a cat...You can either find an EGR code eliminator kit made be PPE or use EFI Live to block the codes...
