need my stock tune back

I've had EFILive for 3 years? Several times my pc has crashed. I've completely lost my stock tune. I have DSP5 tune installed now.
How do I recover or get my or rather a stock tune back? OS? etc.

ps, I think when i first played with efilive, I saved over my stock tune...........

15228758 - Replaces operating system part numbers 15193885 and 15231600.

Just in case it doesn't work for you... my wife just called to meet for dinner so I'll just type it here:

goto the TIS web service mcrat listed.
Enter your vin and click "Get Cal ID"
Choose PCM/VCM Powertrain/Vehicle Control Module and press next (it's on the right)
When it comes up with the new window select button "Complete History"
That shows you what changes were made with the OS'S
