Find out the percentage it is off. Add or subtract that percent from the current reading, be it dia, rev/mile, etc. This works for all tuners that can adjust the speedo, and all types of vehicles.
Example: If you are off 5 mph at 50mph (actual = 55, speedo = 50), 5/50 = .1 = 10%.
If it goes by tire dia, say 33 inches, you multiply 33 x .1 = 3.3. Add 33 + 3.3 = 36.3.
If it's rev's per mile, say 600, then 600*.1 = 60. In this case, you go backwards, subtract 600 - 60, and type in 540.
Check it with a GPS and fine tune.
AS I REMEMBER... If I'm wrong, someone should step in. My math sucks lately.

Click on the speedometer + sign, then select parameters. Then go to speedo calculator. Then select speedo fine tuning put in the mph differences and it will give you a new number, select apply then load it to the truck. Mine did the same thing.
