need help with new ecm

We put an ecm out of an 03 lbs in my brother's 04 lbs because his flash chip was burned out. We loaded a new tune in it and tried to start it. It just turns over and won't start. We get codes P0380 and P1631. What do they mean? Is there a problem with the ecm, or what do you guys suggest doing? Thanks

You need to do the emergency relearn

If you read Cougar post in the first quote you can use EFI without using a license also.

I tried both ways and still no go. I always get P1631 and one or two other codes each time I tried it. Can I turn P1631 to not reported in the tune? We need the truck running asap.

Ok, I got it to start finally. I set the G0302 to 10 and did the method where your turn it on for ten seconds. Then off real quick and another ten seconds. it started after the third time. The other methods didn't work for me though. Thanks for the help Kat.
